Join Simon and Monica for Painting and Tasting South France in June. Our painting holidays are small group holidays (maximum of 7 students) aimed at painters of all abilities. Each day you will have the opportunity to paint in a different location under the guidance of your experienced painting tutor Simon Roberts.
Monica, a creative cook has designed a wonderful tasting experience for your holiday. This includes chic picnic lunches as well as an introduction to authentic French bistros. Suppers are mainly catered at your accommodation where you’ll be introduced to an array of local dishes.
Having spent decades in diverse commercial art, Simon has discovered immense pleasure in capturing moments through watercolour, deeming it the perfect medium for the traveling artist. His passion was reignited during a solo motorcycle journey from England to Kathmandu, documented meticulously in a 7-month illustrated journal. Now, on your painting vacation, he will guide you in mastering composition and lighting, imparting that elusive extra charm to your art. With a commitment to helping you create timeless memories, ensuring that your artistic journey lingers forever.
