Join Simon for a once-in-a-lifetime travel journaling experience in Italy as you learn his best tips and techniques for drawing and painting everything from your morning cappuccino to the classic, Tuscan landscape on this travel journaling in Tuscany workshop.
Keeping a journal has become increasingly popular. Simon is a keen writer and watercolor artist and has kept a travel journal on all his travels for many years. He’s even published a book about his solo motorbike from Bristol to Katmandu called Tea with Bin Laden’s Brother. His journal that he kept during the trip formed the basis for this book.
He will share his knowledge on how to keep a complicated scene simple, helping you to gain confidence and appreciate the art of journaling. The journal that you will be supplied for this holiday will form the beginning point of many happy holiday memories of beautiful Tuscan villages and wonderful Tuscan countryside where you will be spending your holiday.
The itinerary included plenty of painting time as well as some local activities such as a pasta-making session and a Renaissance walking tour. All of this will be complemented with wonderful food and wine.
